All session donations will be given to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society through the Student Visionaries of the Year program that high school juniors, Brighid Dorrian and Alayna Grese, are donating their time to. Leukemia is a type of cancer that affects blood and bone marrow, and it can impact people of all ages. The funds we raise go towards lifesaving research and patient care.

Suggested donation is $75+ upon registering. All Venmo donations can be sent after registration form is complete to @Jamie-Virgin (select 'pay a friend') OR checks can be mailed to 824 Gill Hall Rd., Jefferson Hills, PA 15025 made payable to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Cash donations are also accepted at your session time.

MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to 10 minutes of shooting time and two polished digital images with copyright. A session time can be for one or two participants, but all photos will be taken individually. For more than two children, please book additional sessions. Additional images can be purchased if interested, after the fundraiser concludes, for regular payment. If you would like to view proofs to possibly purchase additional images, please let me know this at your session.

All sessions take place at my studio- 610 Old Clairton Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15236. Please come in your super hero costume, ready to be photographed. Anyone planning to borrow wardrobe must arrive 15 minutes before your session. If you are planning to borrow a costume, they will be clean for the start of the day, but if a person before you wears it briefly it will not be cleaned in between sessions.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 5 minutes early due to short shooting window or 15 minutes prior to session if borrowing wardrobe. Photographer is not responsible if client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Jamie Virgin Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital images for personal use only.

CANCELLATIONS: If you can no longer make your session time please let me know ASAP so that we can reopen your time. Thank you.
